Wellness has been part of my life for over twenty years, not only because I teach yoga and meditation but also because I rely upon alternative methods (fast becoming mainstream methods) of healing to maintain my wellbeing.  I’m an advocate of a natural way of life, so a holistic approach to wellness is of paramount importance to me and this is reflected in the various projects Im working on.

Designer Wellness

Designer Wellness is a detailed, personalised, holistic three month programme to integrate wellbeing into your life.  With weekly plans, daily contact and on call 24 hr assistance Designer Wellness is here to help you live a truly balanced and healthy life, for optimal, longterm wellbeing.

Designed around your lifestyle, to fit your needs, the highly trained and experienced team bring together knowledge from many disciplines to create your plan for a healthier future for you.

Your Designer Wellness programme starts with a 5 day retreat where we get to know you, your health and your lifestyle. Over the week we design a programme that will improve your wellbeing holistically and we will be there to help you implement it when you go home. We will be there when you feel challenged, and we will be there if you need further assistance.

Your plan includes Nutritional training, Fitness through yoga and sport, Mindfulness guidance, Life Coaching and any additional therapies you might require.  We are aiming to improve your health as a way of preventative wellness.

SereneBook

SereneBook is facilitating a holistic way of life and New Way of Being.  Currently based primarily in New York and LA, SereneBook is preparing its move into the London wellness scene imminently.

SereneBook has developed a unique platform for users to book intention led, one to one appointments with holistic practitioners from all therapies, at affordable prices. Our aim is to help users take control of their health and understand how to work holistically with their body moving towards preventative health.

SereneBook is launching at this moment, with amazing brand partners and support throughout the industry.

Serene Social  provides a platform for the community to share knowledge,  work together and inspire people towards a greater understanding of a holistic way of life.
