I’ve been teaching Yoga for over ten years and practising this body, mind art for nearly twenty. My teaching evolves as my personal practice and training continues.

Yoga is so much more than asana – it’s a way of life, a practice of centeredness which affects our relationship to ourselves and others. It imprints on how we view the world and how we react to every situation that arises.

Yoga is my sanity, a tool to help me ground. Its my centre, my strength and is my lightness and softness.

I have over 800hrs of training, originally The British Wheel of Yoga teacher training which was a 500hr training over three years. Soon after I went on retreat with Paul and Suzy Grilley delving into the world of Yin Yoga and not long after gained my teacher qualifications with Sarah Powers in Yin/Insight Yoga and Meditation, having completed my level 2 with Sarah recently, I am delving deeper into the realms of Insight Yoga and Mindfulness. Having experienced the slowness of the Yin I was also drawn to Scaravelli inspired Yoga and more recently I gained my teacher qualification in Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Hot yoga.

Today I teach mainly private clients and a couple of classes. I teach retreats with Evolve Wellness Centre where I also teach weekly strong Hatha Yoga (level 1&2) and Yin classes.
